These files are comprised of memorandums, letters, general and fund-raising correspondence, financial ledgers, committee meeting minutes, hospital polices, plans, and procedures, departmental records, speeches, and hospital surveys and reports. The records contained in this series also include legal affidavits, interrogatives, and the guidelines and regulations that govern chronic care hospitals. Finally, various hospital forms, contracts and agreements, licenses, news clippings, flyers, charts, plaques, handwritten notes, and award certificates are found in this series.
