United Jewish Campaign Scrapbooks, 1939-1940
Scope and Contents
The oversized series includes scrapbooks from the United Jewish Campaign and Combined Jewish Appeal, and ledgers for Associated Jewish Philanthropies and Combined Jewish Appeal, among others. Of particular interest are ledgers for smaller organizations, now defunct, including the Leopold Morse Home (one of the original founding organizations of the United Hebrew Benevolent Association) and the Hebrew Free Burial Association.
