Scope and Contents
This subseries contains brochures, awards, meeting minutes, and newsletters documenting ASO’s involvement in the ACS, as well as in its regional subsection, NESACS. Also included are nominations, notes, and correspondence regarding the annual Esselen Award for Chemistry, an award sponsored by NESACS that recognizes a chemist whose work has contributed to the public well-being. ASO served on the Esselen Award Committee, which selected the award winners.
