The Louis Winer Papers contain the records pertaining to Louis Winer’s legal work and public service. Notably, these documents include his collected legal writings as Deputy County Attorney in Nassau County. Recognition for Winer’s various roles in public service, spanning his military and legal career, is evident in the photographs and news clippings from his 1966 Testimonial Dinner and in the several plaque awards in the collection.
