Scope and Contents
This series includes voluminous letters sent by Edward Bernard to Dr. Nathan Kaganoff on a variety of topics, including Jewish law, sociology and politics. Also in this series are letters to the editor sent to the Boston Globe, the Boston Herald and the Jewish Advocate, among others, and several published pamphlets on issues pertaining to Jewish values, law, society and music. Bernard also sent AJHS a copy of his unpublished manuscript, "Maxie the Genius," which deals with similar issues of sociology, ethics and Judaism.
