Series I: Administrative Materials, undated, 1933-2013

This series contains administrative materials of the Max C. Rosenfield Foundation. It includes financial materials, such as loan repayment schedules, budgets and treasurer's reports, as well as correspondence relating to the Foundation's loan disbursements, investments, and invoices. This series also contains Board of Trustees members and meeting minutes, as well as legal documents, including probate court documents and a copy of the will of Max C. Rosenfeld, in which he left money for the establishment of the Foundation and in which he detailed the purposes and goals of the Foundation.
