Committees, 1941-1971
Scope and Contents
This series documents the activities of the Board of Directors and various governing committees responsible for the administration of the Chelsea-Revere Hebrew School. Materials include meeting minutes, memos, lists of officers and members, and correspondence detailing the activities and duties the officers conducted. Membership lists include documents from related organizations such as the Chelsea YMHA, the Walnut Street Synagogue, the Elm Street Synagogue, and the United Brothers of Onikchty Society. The Principal’s annual reports profile student characteristics and activities, including assessments of registration, attendance, organization, weakness, special projects, changes in policies, and new teachers.
