Scope and Contents
The materials contained in this series are the oversized ledgers and artifacts pertaining to the financial and administrative activities of Elm Farm Foods and its affiliates conducted. Also in this series are oversized, framed portraits of Morris and Mary Hootstein Winer, as well as a framed advertisement from McCall’s magazine, featuring the Winer family, and a collage of photographs from the Boson Food Brokers salute to Hy Winer in 1961. This series is arranged alphabetically.
