This series contains Leo Levine’s correspondence with the U.S. War Department regarding the location of factories in then-occupied Latvia. Of special interest is the letter dated July 17, 1943 from Edward L. Barlow, indicating that Levine provided the military with pertinent information for the U.S. war effort.
