Scope and Contents From the Series: This series composes the bulk of the collection. There are eulogies that have no name or no date, eulogies written by Rabbi Roth and delivered at Temple Emanuel, eulogies written by Rabbi Roth while in Ohio or elsewhere, and eulogies written by people other than Rabbi Roth. Scope and Contents From the Series: This series documents the various internal operations of Temple Emanuel, as well as a wide array of photographs. Notable here is the considerable back and forth represented by the rabbi's many different versions of his contract and salary documents. Also of note are documents related to the ‘parsonage’ —the legal term of the time (1962) which refers to the Rabbi's residence. The series also includes documents from Temple Emanuel's Capital Campaign, which resulted in a new wing of the temple....
