This subseries includes materials on MWE’s clients, such as news clippings, performance programs, contracts, promotional materials, correspondence, and photographs. Some recordings of her clients have been separated and moved into Series VI: Records and Recordings, as noted with a separation page. Posters for some of her clients are located in an oversized box. Folders are arranged alphabetically by last name or group name.

Included are organizational materials related to her positions in the local Boston chapter and the national organization, as well as documents related to the Mary Wolfman Scholarship Prize, a fund she donated to further the vocal education of talented singers.

This subseries contains various personal materials from throughout MWE’s life, including copyright requests to the Library of Congress, donations she and her husband made to various organizations, information about her 1970 trip to Hungary and the car accident that occurred there resulting in a broken leg, as well as miscellaneous notes and papers. MWE’s costume sketches are located in an oversized box.
