This subseries includes financial documents, reports, correspondence, studies, maps, and news clippings on Charrette’s property in Woburn, Massachusetts, where it moved its headquarters in 1977. Included are contacts, correspondence, and other information on Woburn officials, and materials on the purchase of its property at 31 Olympia Avenue. This subseries also contains documents on a small leak from an underground gasoline tank, and the subsequent work with the Environmental Protection Agency and contractors to clean up the site. Furthermore, this subseries includes reports and news clippings on the high-profile water contamination case in Woburn in the early 1980s. Some folders are restricted.
